DirectNu Energy Corporation develops renewable energy systems with advanced integrated technology to store and manage wind, solar and electric energy. The company, founded in 2009, is headquartered in San Jose, California with global sales, manufacturing and distribution centers in the United States, Europe and Asia.

Gloria Maceiko - Chairman, CEO
Managed $80 million dollar business for AT&T with over 80 employees; implementation of large projects; successful track record of 3 start-ups and part of the founding teams for Packet Stream, Unimobile (acquired by Verisign), F-Origin (funded in Taiwan) and others; international experience in Taiwan, Japan, Europe and US; MS and BS in Industrial Engineering.

Tim Meyer - CTO, Co-founder
Over 20 years experience in Product Marketing and Business Development with large companies and start-ups, expanding new business through strategic relationships and channels. Wireless experience with Ericsson and co-founder of two pioneering wireless start-ups: room33 and Crisp Wireless. BS in Electrical Engineering from MIT and MBA from the Wharton School.

Randy Abraham - Product and Business Development
Randal Abraham has a B.S. in Aero and Astro Engineering from the University of Illinois and has been with DirectNu Energy for one year.  Previously, he managed 33 military and contract engineers as a developmental test pilot for the F-16, which represented an $18M annual effort.  He also has experience with Wind Energy Systems, Future Air Traffic Control, and EMI.  He also served as a Flight Examiner, Instructor Pilot and Experimental Test Pilot in the US Air Force from 1979-1995.   Randy has experience in all aspects of system acquisition while assigned to the USAF Materials Command.

Hubert Miao PHD, Director of China Operations - Product and Business Development
Multifaceted technologist with more than 20 years in IT Infrastructure, Strategic Technology and Global experience working with European, US, Canadian and Chinese companies. Track record of start-up business operation, technical know-how with both start-ups and large operations. Hubert holds a Doctorate in Material Science, University of Montreal. 

Nick Ushio - Business Development - Japan
Multifaceted technologist with more than 20 years in Transportation Product department of Panasonic, Strategic Investment and Business Development. Track record of start-up business strategy with Japan. He holds a BA in Human Sciences, Keio University.

Brenda Fox - VP of Business Development, Europe
30 years operations experience building teams for ReadrRite, Compucom, and start-ups; developed Finnish Government tech program with City of San Jose.

Stefano Falomi, Ph.D.
Stefano joined DirectNuEnergy in 2011, while attending the Certificate in Technology Entrepreneurship at Santa Clara university, sponsored by the Fulbright Commission. In 2010, he received his Ph.D. in Industrial and Reliability Engineering from University of Florence, while working with GE Oil & Gas on reliability of Liquified Natural Gas compression trains. He received his M.Sc. and B.Sc. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florence. He's a registered industrial engineer in Italy with a 5 year experience in strength and vibrations of structures and turbomachinery.
